Refund

According to this return and refund policy, all non-limited edition goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Limited edition goods, however, can only be returned or refunded if they arrive damaged. In this case, please send photographic proof before your refund can be processed.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is currently your responsibility.

To ensure the safety of limited edition goods, I recommend shipping with tracking. Since only a limited number of limited edition goods are available, a replacement may not be possible if the shipment is lost in transit. In case of doubt, a refund of the purchase amount will be issued.
