Shipping & Returns

Orders over 100,- Euro will be shipped free of charge with tracking.

All goods are securely and lovingly packaged.

This shop is currently still under construction and undergoing an extended testing phase. Please understand that longer delivery times may occur. In principle, the aim is to dispatch goods within 3-4 working days.

Unfortunately, no return labels are currently being created – customers therefore bear the costs for returns themselves until further notice. Please consider this when placing your orders and rather ask again if you are unsure about certain sizes.

DHL offers tracking, depending on the postal service of the destination country and its availability. Once your package has been scanned in your country, you can track it via the local postal service (e.g. USPS). The respective tracking then offers more detailed information.

Customers are responsible for any import duties incurred in the recipient country.
